A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who need reduced-fee support. These spots are currently full. If a sliding scale fee is something you need, I'd be happy to add you to my waiting list; just mention it when you reach out.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (R.P.), my services are eligible for reimbursement under many extended health insurance plans. I provide a receipt after each session that you can submit directly to your insurer. Coverage varies by plan, so please check with your provider before booking a session to confirm what's included.
Payment is due at the time of each session. Most payment options are available.
My cancellation policy is on the stricter side and there's a reason for that: there are many people on my waiting list who would gladly take a cancelled time slot. To support you in keeping your appointments, my booking portal sends appointment confirmations and reminders ahead of each session. Please provide at least two business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, and if a cancellation happens the same day, full payment will be required unless I'm able to fill that time slot.
