A free 20 min phone conversation to explore initial fit.

My regular fees are $120 for a 60 minute appointment and I offer a sliding scale.

Accepted Payment Types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cheque, E-Transfer and cash.

My Techniques


Throughout life, unhelpful thinking habits emerge that can interfere with your every day sense of emotional well being.  Our thoughts influence how we feel which influence how we behave.  Psychotherapeutic techniques such as Mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, can be used to identify your unhelpful thinking and feelings and make positive changes.  None of this can happen unless a trusting, therapeutic relationship is developed between us.  Together, through talk therapy, we discover how your attitudes, feelings and behaviour are affecting you.
